This program is designed specifically for those who are on the go and need a convenient, effective workout routine to stay fit and healthy while traveling. Mirroring the same muscle groups you would work in my 4 Week FORM + 6 Week PUSH + 8 Week TONE Programs.

The workouts can be done with minimal equipment: resistance bands - 1 short loop and 1 long loop band of your choice, and in limited space, making them perfect for hotel rooms or other small spaces. This program includes 5 workout days with 1 BONUS day.  

With a mix of strength training and HIIT exercises, this program will help you maintain your fitness level and feel your best while traveling. Whether you're a busy professional, a frequent traveler, or just looking for a quick and easy workout routine, this program is for you! ✈️

What's included in 1 Week Travel Companion?

5 days of workouts + 1 Bonus Day: 2x Lower Body, 2x Upper Body + Abs, and 1x HIIT or Cardio of your choice! Day 6 Bonus Day: HIIT or Cardio of your choice.

You will have access to the workout videos showing you each movement and their accompanying PDF's. The videos are for instructional purposes since rest periods may vary and this will give you the ability to train at your own pace. Watch the videos so that you can properly perform each exercise and perfect your form.

Where do I access the program?

All programs are available on the Teachable platform where you will create your own login. The program is accessible via the Teachable IOS App, or login via your tablet, desktop, laptop, airplay to your TV, you name it! You will have lifetime access so that you can go back to it whenever you would like!
